We had a nice 24 hour period without the rain and we enjoyed it to the fullest.

Two weeks old today! Their eyes are opening and ears will this week as well. They have their daily schedule down... eat, then sleep, then eat again and sleep some more. They can scoot around pretty good and definitely know when mom is nearby. Seven weeks old today! A big day, birthday photos and a trip to see Dr. D. They are getting so big! We have either had ice or now rain for three days, so indoor photos it was. They all love snuggles and belly rubs, love to play and love to eat! They can clear a bowl food pretty quick! Their teeth are in and no more puppy mush, so dry kibble it is. I can't believe this is our last week... so excited for everyone to meet their puppies and meet the new puppy families but it will be hard to say good-bye! Today is such an exciting day! The puppies turned seven weeks old and went to visit Dr. D, They weren't too sure what was going on and some weren't willing to look at me to find out. Everyone did great once we got there! They weighed in at 5-8 lbs. They all cleared with flying colors and received their first vaccinations with no cries or whimpers. The little pups are ten days old today! They are growing like weeds, they have all more than doubled their birth weight and doing so good. Here's some group shots of the three boys together and the four girls. Top row: Boys
Bottom row: Girls One week old today, the puppies have definitely all grown this week! They like to spend their days eating and sleeping, and eating some more. Enjoying all moms quality time.  Six weeks old today! We enjoyed a good time outside yesterday. We ventured out onto the grass and had a good time. It was a beautiful day, however the Oklahoma wind was blowing strong. They weren't too sure about this, it was a little loud at times, gusting through the trees and the crazy leaves blowing around. So many new things... grass. dirt, leaves and twigs. So many toys right at their feet. This litter plays so good with one another... they play hard and sleep hard. Puppies first photos at one day old! Our 13/16 LItter! All puppies either weighed 13 oz or 16 oz at birth. Four females; one white and brown and three black and three males; one brown and two black. |
