One week old today! We had a good spa day, started our weekly nail clipping and paw massages. They are all doing wonderful; eating, sleeping and gaining weight; everything they should be doing.  Portuguese Water Dog puppies at Oak Creek Farms, the "T" Litter at one week old Congratulations to this sweet momma! She welcomed this beautiful litter of ten early on Saturday morning. I love waking to the sweet sounds of puppies cries. Momma and the puppies are doing wonderfully. Puppies are eating, sleeping and gaining weight as they should. She has been the best momma and definitely knows what she is doing. I do puppy count many times an hour it seems but they are all always accounted for and right in her sight. Puppies made their arrival on Saturday, April 22, our Earth Day litter, 4.22.23!
We said our final good-bye this morning. The puppies are nine weeks old today and all have names... Blue, Lucy, Lilly, Willow 4, Willow 5 and Gideon! The puppies all went to wonderful families and homes.... two stayed here in Oklahoma, two to Texas, one to Kansas and another to Missouri. The house is a little quiet this afternoon, off to play some fetch and enjoy the outdoors. I hope you are able to do the same. Welcome to the Oak Creek Farms family!
