Seven weeks old today! We had a big day... first car ride, first vet visit, first set of vaccinations. They were angels in the car and wonderful at the vet. Dr. D is always so impressed at how good they are. We returned home to play in the yard where momma was quick to greet us. She was not happy I left with her kiddos. They wore themselves out and were ready for a nap. I can't believe we start out good-byes next week.
Sunday morning yard work... look at these sweet helpers. Just trying to do their part.
Mom said we had to come in from the rain, so the play continues indoors. Girls play so sweet! I love Hazel's smile at the end...I think she is claiming the win.
Six weeks old today! We enjoyed a morning out in the yard and exploring the pumpkins. We had a fun photo shoot and all the puppies did so good. I took these photos this afternoon during nap time, it sure doesn't look like nine puppies... but so sweet.
Sunday morning big pup tug-of-war. The pups are enjoying the cool fall morning in the yard. I love the cool air, falling leaves in green grass.
Five weeks old today! We have had a big week, they moved to the kitchen into the big pen. Now I have nine extra cooking supervisors. So far they aren't too demanding, this won't last too long though. They started puppy mush and love to eat... and make a mess! We went out and explored the front porch this afternoon, so it's been a great day!
Let's go Fishing... I think this is a big hint, he loves his big fish and loves to go to the pond. I think either way, he has the biggest catch of the day.
These two, Miss Daisy and Miss Maggie, make their way to their forever homes this week. We enjoyed our last picture day, playing in the rain! Always a fun time and the rain didn't bother them a bit. We even avoided a water puddle, but only because they headed straight for the mud. We will definitely miss these two but I can't wait for them to meet their new families!  |
