Sunday morning play....they played so hard and then crashed... out for nap time. Rest up to be ready to go again in a few hours.

Six weeks old today! Where is the time going! We love puppy mush, the water bowl, toys and each other! It was a great outing in the front yard. The rock, leaves and freedom! Such little posers still, I love it! Five weeks old today! Look at these bright-eyed beauties. It was an ugly wet, damp and misty day here in Oklahoma. We fit in an outdoor adventure to the covered porch. They didn't seem to care at all, some sand, leaves and plenty to investigate. Four weeks old today! We have reached the halfway point here at the farm, four weeks has gone by so fast! It was a big day, they moved into the big puppy pen! This gives them more room to toddle around and play but you lose instant access to mom and vice versa, mom to her puppies. Momma isn't too sure about all of this but has already figured out to just fall asleep with them and you get to stay. No one wakes a sleeping baby. Three weeks old today! Look at these sweet faces! They are growing up so fast! Eyes and ears are open wide and they know when momma is near! Still pretty quiet but I'm ready for the singing to begin. Happy 7th Birthday to Jackson, Finnegan, Maisie, Freddie, Gnarly, Cash, Kenzi, Yale Oakly, Paco, Walter, Daisy and Louie! Our 2nd Bailey's Dozen is seven years old! I hope everyone is having a great day! We would love to see all your photos!
Two weeks old today! Well look at these baby blues! Eyes are all wide open and ready for the ears to follow this week. The puppies moved into a larger pen today, twelve puppies and momma outgrew the smaller pen fast! Momma is doing great, she is such a good mom and has such natural motherly instincts. She gets up and moves around more than they would like, but she knows to move around to ensure everyone gets to eat.  Portuguese Water Dog puppies at Oak Creek Farms, the "V" Litter is two weeks old.
Eight weeks old today and the good-byes begin. It is a yucky day in Oklahoma, cold, rain and mist. But the puppies enjoyed a nice indoor play day, some tug-a-war, quiet toy and bone chewing kind of day.
