Finnegan was a big boy at the vet today.  He weighed in at 8.25 lbs.  He was born the biggest and looks like he will keep his title.  He has his first set of shots and health certificate, so he is ready for travel home!

Personalities are becoming more and more evident as the days go by.  Finnegan is a fun loving big boy!  We all just love him.  He is playful, loves to play tug-a-war with the other puppies.   He also likes to lay under the dining room table and chew on his toys or another puppy, whichever is handy.  We have started offering the crate in the puppy pen for them to go in at their leisure.  If they are sleeping he is in the crate.  He is beginning to recognize his name, on an as needed basis. 

Playing with moms big dog toys is so much more fun than the puppy toys.  Mr. Finnegan had a great time playing... tried and tested several.   He can get into it, swinging them back and forth (those photos came out a little blury though).
